Plant Operations Manager - Lean, Safety & Growth

TE Connectivity Corporation in Hermosillo, Sonora, seeks an experienced Operations/Engineering leader to drive plant performance, safety and product flow, guiding superintendents and operations staff.

You will ensure production programs are met with quality, productivity and safety, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with other departments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Operations/Engineering, prior managerial experience, SAP and Advanced Excel skills, plus Lean/CI and strong leadership.
