(Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Plastic Engineering) / MBA Operations preferred Job Summary The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Organic plastic bag manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, maintenance, safety, and manpower management. The role requires strong expertise in plastic processing, production planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Lead end-to-end plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and PPC. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Monitor machine utilization, productivity, downtime, and overall plant efficiency.
