An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a key manufacturing operation in Seven Hills. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full accountability for site safety, operational performance, workforce leadership and financial outcomes.
This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a proven manufacturing leader who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoys building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and delivering sustainable operational excellence. As Plant Manager, you will lead all site operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, supply chain performance and people leadership.
