PACT Group’s Household and Industrial packaging division specialised in the manufacture and supply of packaging for the Paint & Construction, Auto Fuel, AgriChem, mining and Household and Cleaning industries. Our products are produced in various sizes including plastic bottles, jerry cans with closures and pourers, small and large pails, cubes, drums and microdrums at our Villawood site.
About the role
We are seeking a Plant Manager to drive, and lead initiatives required to achieve delivery of the site cost budget while using a continuous improvement outlook. The role is accountable for P&L cost lines, achieved through production forecasting (S&OP), driving, and improving Safety outcomes, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Reliability across the site.
