The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role provides strategic leadership for plant operations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages resources, and serves as the key link between production teams, upper management, and cross-functional departments.
