About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our production facility in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. This person will be the operational backbone of the plant — ensuring that processes run smoothly, the team is organized and productive, and that quality and delivery standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production floor staff and coordinate daily workflows
- Monitor and enforce operational processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Track and report production KPIs.
