Job Summary
The Plant Maintenance role is responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of all on-site equipment. This includes inspecting, repairing, fabricating, and replacing components, as well as performing routine preventive maintenance in accordance with established safety standards and equipment specifications.
This role requires close collaboration with other team members to ensure maintenance activities are completed in a timely and effective manner, minimizing operational downtime and supporting overall productivity.
