Plant Launch Program Lead Engineer

Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage the plant team for program, product, or process launches. You will be responsible for ensuring all plant tasks, deliverables, and events are met while working closely with the Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive industry. Skills in leadership, problem-solving, and project management are essential.
