The Hire Desk Controller will be responsible for ensuring the smooth hire of equipment, machinery, and tools, supporting customers with timely availability and delivery. The role also involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating equipment logistics, and managing invoice queries in a busy operational environment.

- Respond to customer enquiries about hire, providing quotes, and resolving issues or complaints
- Process new hire requests, manage existing orders, and coordinate collections
- Ensure the right equipment is available, checking stock levels, and liaising with the workshop for maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of hires, process invoice queries, and assist with stock control
