Job Description
Plant General Manager Responsible for leading all operations and maintenance activities at the Cavalier Energy Centre, Taber Wind Farm, and Kettles Hill Wind Farm. This role ensures safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operations aligned with ENMAX Energy Corporation strategy and all regulatory, environmental, and contractual requirements.
Major Responsibilities
Ensure all facility objectives and personnel actions align with ENMAX Energy’s Generation expectations. Direct and manage facility staff, contractors, and service providers and ensure personnel comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.
Administer facilities Safety & Environment, Emergency Response, O&M, Administrative, Training, Engineering, and Chemistry programs to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facilities. Ensure periodic reviews of standards and procedures reflect current operating and maintenance requirements.
