Job Description
Job Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee all locations operations, including mining, crushing and yard facility.
- Keep inventory, prepare production schedules and reports, maintain operations logs as necessary
- Participate in quality control to ensure materials being produced meet product specifications
- Ensure all operations follow all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite polices and MSHA, OSHA.
- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
- Word day-today with frontline employees providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members
- Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customers' expectations.
