Plant Facilities Engineering Manager (Saltillo)

ResponsibilitiesLead the plant engineering team to achieve all business objectives including safety, quality, continuous improvement, production, profitability, customer service, and other internal metrics, consistent with World Class Manufacturing principles.Supports all aspects of production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale and drive successful implementation of WCM processes and standards.Manage all facility engineers, buildings, grounds, parking lots and equipment.Manage engineering and capital projects.Manage outsourced contract and construction activities.Prepare project appropriations and capital plans.Review daily expenditures and follow up on anomalies.Write projects to replace, upgrade or refurbish tooling and equipment.Work with various disciplines to support / lead World Class Manufacturing and make continuous process improvements.Lead the elimination of waste in all aspects of the business.Teach, cultivate, and promote teamwork and problem ...
