Plant Controller: Strategic Finance Partner for Operations

Loïacono Executive Search is seeking a Plant Controller for an Electronics Manufacturing Services site in Guadalajara. The role reports to the Finance & Administration leadership and partners with Operations to drive financial performance and accurate reporting at the site.

You will lead cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and COGS/margin analysis, while supporting pricing decisions and IFRS reporting in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
