Job Description
The Controller will actively manage the P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow of the plant and ensure timely reporting to the Corporation while maintaining the proper controls in place.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CA, CMA, MBA a plus7+ years of experience in broad-based financial experience, including supervision with heavy emphasis on manufacturing, operational backgroundWork well with management team, understand plant operations, and provide the right information and financial education for solid decision-makingExcel knowledge, analytical abilities and excellent communications skills requiredSelf-starter with manufacturing ERP/MRP software knowledgeSelf-motivated; highly capable of completing tasks and responding to department requests independentlyDemonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to adapt in a fast-moving and changing cultureStrong interperson...
