Job Description
**Position Summary**:
Manage and ensure proper execution of the plan-o-gram process that includes utilizing merchandising concepts and retail space planning to maximize selling opportunities and increase overall sales. The merchandiser has to be a planogram specialist who works with other team to analyze product sales patterns, recommends facings and mins products should have, display strategy, and which products should surround it. She also assures effective and timely implementation in accordance to the annual category update calendar.
**Position Responsibilities**:
Builds, develops and designs an original and correct merchandising ( POG), based on a preliminary review of the categories, which involves details of the situation of the market category Vs AZ Mexico, such as: inventory, Vendor Funding for the purchase of fixtures and signage, resolution of specific exit strategies by product type, location of the category within the sales floor and adjacent of the categories.
