Job Overview
The Planning Senior Manager / Manager will be responsible for ensuring that strategic planning processes are in place to enable operational and production continuity. They will work closely with other parties to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels.
- Apply professional and consistent planning processes based on customers’ requests and business needs.
- Take ownership of planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.
