About this Position
The Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU definesand drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing servicelevel and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence throughgovernance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chainbest practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvementacross the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization.

- Ownand implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
- Define,cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and globalstandards
