The OpportunityWe are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our operations team, responsible for production scheduling, resource allocation, and the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process. In this role, you will act as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Production, ensuring that demand forecasts are translated into an optimized and executable manufacturing plan. This position has a direct impact on business performance, as production planning is closely linked to revenue planning and overall operational capacity.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule, optimizing manufacturing capacity and minimizing lost production slots.
- Translate sales forecasts and pipeline demand into executable production and purchasing plans in coordination with SCM.
