System Upgrade for Airport Baggage Handling System
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and monitor the integrated project schedule covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress and performance against approved baseline schedules and milestones, identify deviations and provide timely reporting to project management.
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule impact assessments and what-if scenario planning to evaluate project risks, delays and recovery opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain project progress measurement systems, including S-curves, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards and management reports.
- Support the preparation of monthly progress reports, look‑ahead schedules and schedule presentations for project reviews with clients, consortium partners and internal stakeholders.
