Planning Administrator

What you’ll be doing: 

• Support the creation of long-term workforce plans, building rosters and coverage up to 12 months in advance  
• Use WFM systems (including Timegate) to ensure accurate, forward-looking scheduling (Note: this can be learnt on the job but would be great if you have experience with this system or similar rostering platforms) 
• Analyse trends, historical data, and forecasts to anticipate demand and highlight risks early  
• Ensure all schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned to business and client needs  
• Maintain high-quality data within systems, ensuring reliable reporting and planning accuracy
