Responsibilities
- Receive calls and emails regarding the organising and booking of residential repairs and minor refurbishment works on Teign Housing properties.
- Make outbound calls to residents to book essential compliance testing works (gas, mechanical and electrical).
- Consistently liaise with residents and operational trade teams to achieve the best service delivery possible.
- Use dynamic scheduling system to manage operative diaries, ensuring all works are carried out efficiently and within agreed SLA timescales.
- Manage day-to-day operations, dealing with emergencies and exceptions to deliver appropriate service to residents.
- Act as first point of contact for customers and trade operatives, helping with issues and providing effective resolutions promptly.
- Input accurate and complete notes for each job/task into the system, contributing to contract performance tracking and high performance.
