Key Responsibilities
- Process customer POs and issue work orders; liaise with HQ/account holders on delivery schedules, pull-ins, and push-outs.
- Review material status and coordinate with Singapore counterparts to ensure availability.
- Monitor end‑customer orders, reschedule, and update within required timelines.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished goods.
- Identify and follow up on material shortages, NMRs, MRs, and incoming items affecting orders.
- Support customer requests for rework, NMR, EC, and DN implementation.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or production coordination.
- Experience using MRP or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
