**Position Summary**:Drive inventory planning and in-season strategies across growing US and CA for the Company.This individual will work closely with the merchandising department, to create annual and seasonal merchandose plans, forecast the business based on changes in strategy and business climate and manage inventory to suppor overall financial objectives.They will be critical in developing and executing the strategic direction of these areas and establishing new processes critical to our continued growth and profitability, as well as future expansion.Would be expected to lead one...
