Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) is looking for an exceptional senior leader to join us to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Planned Care services across our system as part of our organisation wide 'Better Together' transformation programme.
We are looking for an experienced and credible senior leader who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience of Planned Care and service transformation within a complex healthcare environment with proven track record in delivering large-scale change programmes and performance improvement
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to analyse complex information and make high-level, evidence-based decisions
