Pit Geology & Grade Control Lead

Tharisa is seeking a geologist specialized in grade control and pit mining geology to optimise ore utilisation and continuously update the geological model from in-pit data. The role involves data capture, QA/QC audits, and collaboration with mining teams to ensure correct application of geological instructions.

Responsibilities include RC drilling planning, block demarcation reviews, and generating timely geology reports to support decision making in pit operations.
