Job Description
1. 協助管理品質管理體系（IQC、IPQC、FQC、OQC）的運作。
(Oversee the operation of the factory's quality management system, including IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC.)
2. 制定並修訂產品檢驗標準書與品管流程，處理重大品質異常及客戶抱怨。
(Formulate and revise product inspection standards and QC processes, handling major quality abnormalities and customer complaints/RMA.)
3. 帶領品管團隊分析不良品成因，推動產線導入改善對策，提升良率。
(Lead the QC team to analyze causes of defects, drive the implementation of improvement countermeasures on the production line, and increase yield rates.)
