PILING RIG OPERATOR

Duties
- Lead the achievement of Laing O'Rourke safety targets and maintain zero tolerance of unsafe working practices
- Ensure works comply with the agreed specification and raise NCR's with Site Foreman
- Carry out, report and record daily checks on the piling rig
- Ensure greasing and light maintenance is carried out daily
- Operate the rig safely in line with manufacturer and company instructions
- Operate within the piling exclusion zone
- Install piles in accordance with drawings and schedules
- Record pile details including depths and any obstructions
