:This position provides specialized fitness/aerobic instruction. This position conducts training from approved curriculum resources. May conduct needs assessment and individualize educational activities as appropriate for participants.Job Essentials
Assesses participant needs and adjusts class curriculum accordingly. Adapts programs and routines to meet the needs of individuals and groups for exercise efficiency.
Participates in the marketing and promotion of fitness classes. Helps develop communication and information tools to promote classes and activities.
Teaches classes and adapts teaching strategies for improved delivery of education to meet audience needs based on participant feedback.
