About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have wide experience in developing personal care products at fast-pace environment. This individual will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving products to suit consumer needs and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Development: Manage product development processes including technical studies, formulation development, product safety clearance, claim substantiation, and product information filing.
Product Testing & Evaluation: Capable to independently designing and executing experiments. Conducting stability, performance, and sensory testing to support product development and optimization.
