The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick customer orders using pick tickets, handheld scanners, and warehouse management systems.
Verify product numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
Pack products securely according to company shipping standards and customer requirements.
Label, palletize, and stage completed orders for outbound shipments.
Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before shipment.
