Job Description
We expect you to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store. The job varies daily, from filling shelves and serving on the tills to stocking and picking deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal, notifying management of discrepancies.
- Check product quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust for delivery.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting target times.
- Maintain polite and professional interactions with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints and escalating complex issues.

- Comfortable working to meet designated pick rates.
- Punctual, properly presented, and reliable.
