Pick and pack supervisor (cuautitlán izcalli)

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with legal shipping regulations and customs requirements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound logistics, such as on-time delivery rates and complaint rate. Optimize outbound logistics processes to reduce lead times and productivity improvement. Supervise, and motivate warehouse employees, including shift scheduling, staff training, and conflict resolution. Promote a safe and productive work environment. Requisitos Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. Education: Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering in general, Economics, International Trade.
