<p><strong>Caredoc is seeking to employ a Physiotherapist to work as part of their multidisciplinary Community Intervention Team (CIT)</strong></p>

<p>Caredoc CIT is a multidisciplinary team which provides an acute rapid response to patients with acute illness who require enhanced care for a defined short period of time. The aims of the CIT service are to facilitate early hospital discharge and hospital attendance/admission avoidance. Care is arranged in the patient’s place of residence or in a local primary care centre as deemed appropriate.</p>
