Position Summary
Under the direction of the program manager, the Physiotherapist is responsible for the coordination and provision of physiotherapy services to clients in facilities and communities within the Interlake‑Eastern Regional Health Authority (“IERHA”). In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and external agencies/services the physiotherapist is primarily involved in the assessment, intervention, planning and implementation of a program for the client, discharge planning and follow‑up of referred clients.
