Job Description

As a Physiotherapist II, you will coordinate physiotherapy and allied health clinical services, supervise students and team members, and work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team providing leadership to other healthcare professionals. You will make day‑to‑day clinical decisions on patient and family needs regarding assessment, intervention, discharge and follow‑up; advise team members on complex clinical cases and provide clinical leadership within the program or service area to ensure safe, efficient and effective client care. You will ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence‑based and in alignment with Alberta legislation, regulations, professional standards of practice, code of ethics and AHS policy and guidelines.
