Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA

Required skills: Assessment, Cardiopulmonary/Circulatory, Documentation, Equipment and Devices (Crutches, Gait belt, Hospital bed, Rolling Walker, Should slings, Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen delivery), Ortho, Neuro, Home Exercise Program, Lifting and Transfer, Medications, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse

Must have home health experience; training preferred

Certs required: BLS, PTA, state licensed

Scrubs: Any solid color scrub

Unit Info (share with your traveler):

Patients: Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology specialty/patient population

Home skilled visits - - per day (MINIMUM of points per day at managers discretion may increase by point)

Every other weekend required

Laptop, MiFi for internet access, Portable printers

Forms, Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system
