Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience treating orthopedic patients

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4x10s
• EMR: Web PT
• Productivity: Approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
