Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active Massachusetts license required
• At least 1 year of Home Health experience
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift: Days
• Days of the Week: M-F
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• EMR: Axxess
• On Call/Weekend Rotation: None
• Scheduling: Managed by client's internal scheduling team
