Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits.
• Experience in home health settings, with emphasis on post-acute hospitalization and assisted living populations preferred.
