The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH) is currently seeking a Physical Therapist II to join our Rehabilitative Services Department! Our team is comprised of a group of dedicated clinical and support staff who work collaboratively to provide evidence-based, patient-centered, compassionate care while supporting the mission, vision and values of the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital and the Department of Public Health. As a Physical Therapist II, you will be responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive physical therapy treatment programs for referred patients that are intended to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease and/or injury. Our patients are adults (including members of the geriatric population) who are referred to PT from all admitting services including Medicine, Prison Health, Orthopedics/Surgery, the Department of Mental Health as well as by medical providers working within our Ambulatory Care Center (ACC). /*_Hours:_*/Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM wit...
