As the Security Risk Management Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security risks in relation to premises, processes, and people. You will cooperate with a wide range of colleagues to develop and implement security risk management strategies and frameworks and to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards. This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure. You will help design and embed scalable risk assessment processes across the Nordics. You will work closely with the Country Security Manager for Norway to support and continuously improve governance and ways of working across the physical security domain in Norway and the Nordics as well as Poland and Estonia.
