Job Responsibilities :
Conduct regular training sessions for phlebotomists across the South zone.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Provide on-ground coaching and performance feedback to phlebotomists.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Conduct field audits and quality assessments of phlebotomy practices.
Identify training gaps and implement corrective action plans.
