 Job Description:  Requirement/Must Have: 
 High school diploma or equivalent. 
 Strong customer service skills. 
 Willingness to learn phlebotomy. 
 Ability to handle patients with care and compassion. 
 Keyboard and data entry skills. 
 Experience: 1–2 years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, home health aide, or similar). 
 Prior phlebotomy experience not required. 
 Responsibilities: Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins using kiosks or handheld devices. 
 Answer patient questions and address concerns with professionalism and empathy. 
 Maintain a safe, clean, and professional waiting area. 
 Assist with breaks and support other phlebotomists as needed.
