Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - Floater

The Patient Services Representative III-Floater (PSR III) represents the face of our company to patients who come in as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR III draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for laboratory testing while following established practices and procedures.

This role has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. The PSR III demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, patient service center, or other locations as business needs dictate.
