Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist (Patient Services Representative II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients to collect blood specimens and support diagnostic testing. This role requires advanced phlebotomy expertise, strong patient interaction skills, and the ability to work across multiple locations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe and accurate manner.

Perform verification of patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures post-venipuncture to ensure labeling accuracy.
