PhD Researcher: Multisource Boreal Forest Mapping

The University of Eastern Finland invites applications for a Doctoral Researcher position in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND Doctoral Programme for Advancing Forest-Based Bioeconomy (DP-FOBI).

The position is based on Joensuu campus and is expected to begin by 1 April 2027. The research theme focuses on multisource data for canopy and habitat mapping in boreal forests with collaborations across research groups and SYKE.
