The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy technician staff members and facilitating their growth and development. The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor reports to the Pharmacy Supervisors. Work schedules are determined by the Pharmacy Directors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include but are not limited to the following:• Supervise assigned areas of the Pharmacy Department and direct support personnel• Provide day-to-day support to pharmacy staff members• Oversee and coordinate staff training and ongoing competency programs• Routinely work with management and others to improve pharmaceutical services• Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new staff members• Provide continuous feedback on performance and conduct annual...
