Pharmacy Technician (Medicine Hat)

AHS is seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join the pharmacy team at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. You will work to full scope of practice and support safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care in all areas of medication distribution. The role involves mentoring Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians, training new staff, and precepting students while collaborating closely with pharmacists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You will adhere to NAPRA and ACP standards, oversee delegated tasks, and contribute to operational activities and quality improvement initiatives. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.
