Pharmacy Technician (Grade 1 or 2)

The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Executive Director – Clinical Services, and with the assistance of the pharmacist and the GV Health Pharmacy delegate, The Pharmacy Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Department at Benalla Health. Working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, the role is responsible for assisting in the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of pharmacy services. Duties include medication distribution and imprest management, data entry, prescription dispensing, sterile and non-sterile preparation, medication re-packing, Technician stock ordering, and inventory control.

Position Status: Part-Time (42 Hours per Fortnight)
