Role: Pharmacy Operations Technician
Location: Hyderabad (Preferred only Hyderabad Candidates)
Experience: 5+Years
Shift: Night Shift (WFO)
The responsibilities of the Pharmacy Operations Technician include but are not limited to:
Contact provider offices and pharmacies, by efax or telephone, to verify patient, prescriber, and medication information Communicate patient medication requests to providers and dispensing pharmacies Ensure follow-up and documentation to confirm requests have been received, addressed, and completed Support clinical pharmacists with outreach, coordination, and administrative pharmacy tasks Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes within internal systems Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and operational staff Professional and courteous phone presence
